How do I make a reservation?

Booking direct is so important for the absolute best vacation. By visiting www.staysplendid.com you are guaranteed the lowest rate possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

All reservations are non-refundable. We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance.

What happens if a hurricane or inclement weather threatens the area?

The vacation rental host is not responsible for the weather or other acts of God, and there are no refunds for such events. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment.

What should I pack for my vacation?

Each bathroom is supplied with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, one bathmat and a startup supply of hand soap and toilet paper. Kitchens include a startup supply of paper towels, trash bags, dish/laundry detergent, a sponge and dish towel. Startup supplies should last 1 to 2 days.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is after 4 PM and check out is before 10 AM. 

How do we check into our vacation home?

You and your group will be able to check in directly at your vacation home! All homes have keyless locks.

Does Stay Splendid have any dog friendly properties?

Most of our homes are dog friendly. Please contact us at info@staysplendid.com for more information.

Are Stay Splendid properties smoke free?

Yes, smoking is prohibited in every vacation home offered by Stay Splendid.

What should I do if I have a maintenance request for my vacation home?

The Stay Splendid is here to support your vacation seven days a week. If you have a
maintenance request, please email us at info@staysplendid.com. We will do our outmost to get someone out within 24 hours. Please note, after hour maintenance requests are limited to emergencies such as loss of power, air conditioning/heating issues or water leaks.

How often is the private pool at my vacation home cleaned?

Your private pool is cleaned once and is necessary in order to keep the pool in great condition. We provide nets and we invite you to use those in between services to keep your pool in good condition.

Do I need to rent a car?

In order to get full enjoyment out of the home and area, we strongly recommend that you rent a car or if possible bring your own.

For Villa Marfil, we recommend you renting a 4×4.
